RETURN POLICY
  • We hope you love all the apparel and equipment you purchase from Axio Athletic, but if you do not, we understand.

  • Please do not ship items back without first obtaining the proper authorization. All returns will be issued a unique RMA number that must appear on the outside of all packages being returned.

  • Return shipments that do not have approved RMA numbers will not be processed and the customer will be responsible for the return freight charges.

  • To submit a return, call us at 847-941-9801 and have the following information ready:
    • Date of purchase
    • Order number
    • Items you are returning (style number and color number)
    • Reason for return

  • Items that are not received in saleable condition will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not a result of an Axio Athletic shipping error or a manufacturer's defect.

  • Additional restocking fees up to 50% of the cost of the items will be assessed for items that have to be repackaged, re-ticketed, or require other services before returning them to stock.

  • To return undecorated stock apparel or equipment, the items must be undamaged, you must have proof of purchase and it must be within 30 days of receipt of goods.

  • Sublimation and decorated stock apparel may not be returned. Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If your custom order does not match the proof that was provided, please email customerservice@axioathletic.com.

  • RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after the date of issue.

  • Returns should be shipped to the following address with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.

REFUNDS
After your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please contact your bank and then the credit card company if your refund has not been posted after a week. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If they can't help you, please contact us at customerservice@axioathletic.com.


SALE ITEMS
If approved, sale items will be refunded at sale price.
