RETURN POLICY
We hope you love all the apparel and equipment you purchase from AXIO Soccer, but if you do not, we understand.
To return undecorated stock apparel or soccer equipment, the items must be undamaged, you must have proof of purchase and it must be within 30 days of receipt of goods.
X-Dye, X-press, Custom Socks and decorated stock apparel may not be returned. Any claims or shortages with your order must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If your custom order does not match the proof that was provided, please email info@axiosoccer.com.
Please do not ship items back unannounced, we may not be able to refund your purchase if you do.
To submit a return, call us at 847-941-9801 and have the following information ready: date of purchase, order number, items you are returning (style number and color number), reason for return.


REFUNDS

After your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please contact your bank and then credit card company if your refund has not been posted after a week. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If they can't help you, please contact us at info@axiosoccer.com


SALE ITEMS

If approved, sale items will be refunded at sale price.
